This blog highlights the activities I implemented to help me through my coding bootcamp.

Learning Guitar:

I decided to stack my learning. I used improving my guitar skills as a productive escape, and esteem booster.

Learning to sing:

I decided to train my voice. I found that singing helps with mental discipline, allows me to project my voice into the world on a daily basis, elevates my mood, and allows me to access creative parts of my mind.

Learning to freestyle:

I decided to learn to freestyle. This helped me with imagination, visualization, quick thinking, “waking up my mind”, and creating/breaking thought circuits.

All the above is to say that there are many ways to play with your mind. These are activities I found useful to keep my mind stimulated, and disciplined while taking breaks from coding.
